BORN AGAIN DAILY · ORIGINAL FREE EDUCATIONAL WORKSHEET
Ensure the people receiving support have a real voice and that aid is not made conditional on religious participation.
Intended for: Church mission teams, charity volunteers and community project leaders
Use a fictional project. Real community work requires local leadership, informed consent, appropriate safety screening, accurate finances and a feasible maintenance plan. Service should never depend on pressure to convert, appear in promotional photographs or disclose private struggles.
Open the surrounding chapter and compare the passage's context. Scripture links open in a new tab so your worksheet remains available.
Who identified the problem, and how did affected people describe it?
Which local people hold genuine authority and veto power?
What will be offered? How are aid and religious invitations kept separate?
Estimated costs, restricted gifts, approvals, reconciliation and maintenance.
Screening, adult supervision, transport, reporting and accessible services.
What information may be collected, with what consent and retention limits?
How will recipients evaluate success and report problems safely?
What happens if outside funding ends or the team leaves?
Present a six-month fictional mission plan to a reviewer who represents the affected community and revise it in response to their criticism.
A mission course does not authorize medical, social work, child protection or humanitarian professional practice.
