Now behold, I will destroy both them and the earth.Genesis 6:14Make for yourself an ark of gopher wood; make rooms in the ark and coat it with pitch inside and out.Genesis 6:15And this is how you are to build it: The ark is to be 300 cubits long, 50 cubits wide, and 30 cubits high.Genesis 6:16You are to make a roof for the ark, finish its walls a cubit from the top, place a door in the side of the ark, and build lower, middle, and upper decks.Genesis 6:17And behold, I will bring floodwaters upon the earth to destroy every creature under the heavens that has the breath of life. Everything on the earth will perish.Genesis 6:18But I will establish My covenant with you, and you will enter the ark—you and your sons and your wife and your sons’ wives with you.Genesis 6:19And you are to bring two of every living creature into the ark—male and female—to keep them alive with you.Genesis 6:20Two of every kind of bird and animal and crawling creature will come to you to be kept alive.Genesis 6:21You are also to take for yourself every kind of food that is eaten and gather it as food for yourselves and for the animals.”Genesis 7:1Then the LORD said to Noah, “Go into the ark, you and all your family, because I have found you righteous in this generation.Genesis 8:1But God remembered Noah and all the animals and livestock that were with him in the ark. And God sent a wind over the earth, and the waters began to subside.Genesis 8:15Then God said to Noah,Genesis 8:16“Come out of the ark, you and your wife, along with your sons and their wives.Genesis 8:21When the LORD smelled the pleasing aroma, He said in His heart, “Never again will I curse the ground because of man, even though every inclination of his heart is evil from his youth. And never again will I destroy all living creatures as I have done.Genesis 8:22As long as the earth endures, seedtime and harvest, cold and heat, summer and winter, day and night shall never cease.”Genesis 9:1And God blessed Noah and his sons and said to them, “Be fruitful and multiply and fill the earth.Genesis 9:2The fear and dread of you will fall on every living creature on the earth, every bird of the air, every creature that crawls on the ground, and all the fish of the sea. They are delivered into your hand.Genesis 9:3Everything that lives and moves will be food for you; just as I gave you the green plants, I now give you all things.Genesis 9:6Whoever sheds the blood of man, by man his blood will be shed; for in His own image God has made mankind.Genesis 9:15I will remember My covenant between Me and you and every living creature of every kind. Never again will the waters become a flood to destroy all life.Genesis 9:16And whenever the rainbow appears in the clouds, I will see it and remember the everlasting covenant between God and every living creature of every kind that is on the earth.”Genesis 12:1Then the LORD said to Abram, “Leave your country, your kindred, and your father’s household, and go to the land I will show you.Genesis 12:2I will make you into a great nation, and I will bless you; I will make your name great, so that you will be a blessing.Genesis 12:17The LORD, however, afflicted Pharaoh and his household with severe plagues because of Abram’s wife Sarai.Genesis 14:18Then Melchizedek king of Salem brought out bread and wine—since he was priest of God Most High—Genesis 14:19and he blessed Abram and said: “Blessed be Abram by God Most High, Creator of heaven and earth,Genesis 14:20and blessed be God Most High, who has delivered your enemies into your hand.” Then Abram gave Melchizedek a tenth of everything.Genesis 14:22But Abram replied to the king of Sodom, “I have raised my hand to the LORD God Most High, Creator of heaven and earth,Genesis 15:16In the fourth generation your descendants will return here, for the iniquity of the Amorites is not yet complete.”Genesis 16:5Then Sarai said to Abram, “May the wrong done to me be upon you! I delivered my servant into your arms, and ever since she saw that she was pregnant, she has treated me with contempt. May the LORD judge between you and me.”Genesis 16:13So Hagar gave this name to the LORD who had spoken to her: “You are the God who sees me,” for she said, “Here I have seen the One who sees me!”Genesis 17:1When Abram was ninety-nine years old, the LORD appeared to him and said, “I am God Almighty. Walk before Me and be blameless.Genesis 17:7I will establish My covenant as an everlasting covenant between Me and you and your descendants after you, to be your God and the God of your descendants after you.Genesis 18:2And Abraham looked up and saw three men standing nearby. When he saw them, he ran from the entrance of his tent to meet them and bowed low to the ground.Genesis 18:3“My lord,” said Abraham, “if I have found favor in your sight, please do not pass your servant by.Genesis 18:4Let a little water be brought, that you may wash your feet and rest yourselves under the tree.Genesis 18:5And I will bring a bit of bread so that you may refresh yourselves. This is why you have passed your servant’s way. After that, you may continue on your way.” “Yes,” they replied, “you may do as you have said.”Genesis 18:6So Abraham hurried into the tent and said to Sarah, “Quick! Prepare three seahs of fine flour, knead it, and bake some bread.”Genesis 18:7Meanwhile, Abraham ran to the herd, selected a tender and choice calf, and gave it to a servant, who hurried to prepare it.Genesis 18:8Then Abraham brought curds and milk and the calf that had been prepared, and he set them before the men and stood by them under the tree as they ate.Genesis 18:9“Where is your wife Sarah?” they asked. “There, in the tent,” he replied.Genesis 18:10Then the LORD said, “I will surely return to you at this time next year, and your wife Sarah will have a son!” Now Sarah was behind him, listening at the entrance to the tent.
