These terms govern use of BornAgainDaily.com and its devotional, prayer, video, email, and ministry services.

Ministry content

Born Again Daily provides Christian devotional, educational, inspirational, and ministry content. It is not a substitute for professional medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or emergency services.

Email subscriptions

New devotional subscriptions use double opt-in. You are not added to the active mailing list until you confirm the email address. Every bulk devotional email includes an unsubscribe method, and unsubscribe requests are honored by the system.

Prayer requests

Prayer requests are treated as private ministry communications and are not published by default. Do not use the prayer form for emergencies or information that requires immediate professional intervention.

Acceptable use

You may not use this site to abuse, threaten, impersonate, defraud, attack, scrape, disrupt, or attempt unauthorized access to the ministry, its users, or its systems.

Copyright

Unless otherwise stated, original Born Again Daily text, branding, graphics, videos, and other ministry materials are protected content. Scripture quotations and third-party materials remain subject to their respective rights and licenses.

Links and third-party services

Links to outside websites or services are provided for convenience. Born Again Daily does not control third-party content, availability, security, or privacy practices.

No warranty

The site and its content are provided as available. While we work to keep information accurate and services operating, uninterrupted availability or error-free operation cannot be guaranteed.

Changes

These terms may be updated as Born Again Daily grows. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
