Terms of Use
These terms govern use of BornAgainDaily.com and its devotional, prayer, video, email, and ministry services.
Ministry content
Born Again Daily provides Christian devotional, educational, inspirational, and ministry content. It is not a substitute for professional medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or emergency services.
Email subscriptions
New Daily Devotional and Christian Walk email subscriptions use double opt-in. You are not added to the active mailing list until you confirm the email address. Signed-in members can independently turn the Daily Email and Sunday Weekly Digest on or off from Email Preferences. Every bulk email includes an unsubscribe method, and unsubscribe requests are honored by the system.
Optional SMS messages
Member SMS is a separate explicit opt-in. Members choose which text-message categories they want, including daily faith content, and must confirm the mobile number before recurring messages activate. Frequency varies by the selected options. Message/data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop recurring SMS or HELP for help.
Prayer requests and Prayer Wall
Prayer requests are treated as private ministry communications and are not published by default. A person may separately choose to submit a privacy-checked version to the public Prayer Wall. Public-wall submissions are screened for safety, spam, and identifying information and may be held for human review. Automated screening does not prove that a personal story is factually true. Do not use the prayer form for emergencies or information that requires immediate professional intervention.
Community forums
Anyone may read public community discussions. Creating a discussion, replying, reporting a post, appealing a moderation decision, or choosing a public forum identity requires an active, email-confirmed Born Again Daily member account. Member profile/certificate display names, forum names, and submitted forum content are automatically screened under the community identity and safety rules. Obscene, hateful, deceptive, sexually explicit, Satan/devil-glorifying, scam-related, staff-impersonating, threatening, harassing, or otherwise abusive content may be blocked or held. Contemporary political campaigning, candidate or party discussion, partisan news, election arguments, and political culture-war debates are not permitted in the BAD community. Clear moderation decisions and first appeals may be resolved automatically; exceptional serious-safety or genuinely ambiguous cases may be held for human review. Members may edit their own post before another member replies after it; edits are screened again before replacing the public version. Members may remove their own posts, and removed text is no longer displayed publicly.
Private AI support, testimonies and church directory
Talk to Someone is a private AI conversation tool, not therapy, professional advice, sacramental confession, emergency response, or a promise of human monitoring. A person may explicitly request human follow-up; the ordinary Talk transcript is shared with assigned support staff only when the person separately grants that permission, apart from the existing exceptional serious-safety pathway. Contemporary politics remains outside the service. Exceptional automated safety signals may be flagged for ministry administration, but people in immediate danger should use real emergency or crisis resources rather than waiting for BAD. Public answered-prayer testimonies are optional and separately privacy-screened; marking a private prayer-journal entry answered does not publish it. Church-directory submissions and verification claims must be factual, may be reviewed before publication or verification, and may not be used for political ratings, campaigning, scams, or deceptive ministry identities.
Acceptable use
You may not use this site to abuse, threaten, impersonate, defraud, attack, scrape, disrupt, or attempt unauthorized access to the ministry, its users, or its systems.
Copyright
Unless otherwise stated, original Born Again Daily text, branding, graphics, videos, and other ministry materials are protected content. Scripture quotations and third-party materials remain subject to their respective rights and licenses.
Links and third-party services
Links to outside websites or services are provided for convenience. Born Again Daily does not control third-party content, availability, security, or privacy practices.
No warranty
The site and its content are provided as available. While we work to keep information accurate and services operating, uninterrupted availability or error-free operation cannot be guaranteed.
Changes
These terms may be updated as Born Again Daily grows. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
