2 Kings 18:7And the LORD was with Hezekiah, and he prospered wherever he went. He rebelled against the king of Assyria and refused to serve him.2 Kings 20:1In those days Hezekiah became mortally ill. The prophet Isaiah son of Amoz came to him and said, “This is what the LORD says: ‘Put your house in order, for you are about to die; you will not recover.’”2 Kings 20:2Then Hezekiah turned his face to the wall and prayed to the LORD, saying,2 Kings 20:3“Please, O LORD, remember how I have walked before You faithfully and with wholehearted devotion; I have done what is good in Your sight.” And Hezekiah wept bitterly.2 Kings 20:4Before Isaiah had left the middle courtyard, the word of the LORD came to him, saying,2 Kings 20:5“Go back and tell Hezekiah the leader of My people that this is what the LORD, the God of your father David, says: ‘I have heard your prayer; I have seen your tears. I will surely heal you. On the third day from now you will go up to the house of the LORD.2 Kings 20:6I will add fifteen years to your life. And I will deliver you and this city from the hand of the king of Assyria. I will defend this city for My sake and for the sake of My servant David.’”2 Kings 20:7Then Isaiah said, “Prepare a poultice of figs.” So they brought it and applied it to the boil, and Hezekiah recovered.1 Chronicles 4:10And Jabez called out to the God of Israel, “If only You would bless me and enlarge my territory! May Your hand be with me and keep me from harm, so that I will be free from pain.” And God granted the request of Jabez.1 Chronicles 14:17And David’s fame went out into every land, and the LORD caused all nations to fear him.1 Chronicles 17:7Now then, you are to tell My servant David that this is what the LORD of Hosts says: I took you from the pasture, from following the flock, to be the ruler over My people Israel.1 Chronicles 17:8I have been with you wherever you have gone, and I have cut off all your enemies from before you. Now I will make for you a name like that of the greatest in the land.1 Chronicles 17:27So now You have been pleased to bless the house of Your servant, that it may continue forever before You. For You, O LORD, have blessed it, and it will be blessed forever.”1 Chronicles 22:13Then you will succeed, if you carefully follow the statutes and ordinances that the LORD commanded Moses for Israel. Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid or discouraged.1 Chronicles 28:7I will establish his kingdom forever, if he resolutely carries out My commandments and ordinances, as is being done this day.’1 Chronicles 28:8So now in the sight of all Israel, the assembly of the LORD, and in the hearing of our God, keep and seek out all the commandments of the LORD your God, so that you may possess this good land and leave it as an inheritance to your descendants forever.1 Chronicles 29:12Both riches and honor come from You, and You are the ruler over all. In Your hands are power and might to exalt and give strength to all.1 Chronicles 29:14But who am I, and who are my people, that we should be able to give as generously as this? For everything comes from You, and from Your own hand we have given to You.1 Chronicles 29:16O LORD our God, from Your hand comes all this abundance that we have provided to build You a house for Your holy Name, and all of it belongs to You.1 Chronicles 29:25The LORD highly exalted Solomon in the sight of all Israel and bestowed on him royal majesty such as had not been bestowed on any king in Israel before him.2 Chronicles 1:1Now Solomon son of David established himself securely over his kingdom, and the LORD his God was with him and highly exalted him.2 Chronicles 1:12therefore wisdom and knowledge have been granted to you. I will make it an object of scorn and ridicule among all the peoples.2 Chronicles 7:21And when this temple has become a heap of rubble, all who pass by it will be appalled and say, ‘Why has the LORD done such a thing to this land and to this temple?’2 Chronicles 7:22And others will answer, ‘Because they have forsaken the LORD, the God of their fathers, who brought them out of the land of Egypt, and have embraced other gods, worshiping and serving them—because of this, He has brought all this disaster upon them.’”2 Chronicles 14:6Because the land was at peace, Asa built fortified cities in Judah. In those days no one made war with him, because the LORD had given him rest.2 Chronicles 14:7So he said to the people of Judah, “Let us build these cities and surround them with walls and towers, with doors and bars. The land is still ours because we have sought the LORD our God. We have sought Him, and He has given us rest on every side.” So they built and prospered.2 Chronicles 17:3Now the LORD was with Jehoshaphat because he walked in the earlier ways of his father David. He did not seek the Baals,2 Chronicles 17:4but he sought the God of his father and walked by His commandments rather than the practices of Israel.2 Chronicles 17:5So the LORD established the kingdom in his hand, and all Judah brought him tribute, so that he had an abundance of riches and honor.2 Chronicles 20:30Then Jehoshaphat’s kingdom was at peace, for his God had given him rest on every side.2 Chronicles 26:5He sought God throughout the days of Zechariah, who instructed him in the fear of God. And as long as he sought the LORD, God gave him success.2 Chronicles 26:6Uzziah went out to wage war against the Philistines, and he tore down the walls of Gath, Jabneh, and Ashdod. And since he was a lover of the soil, he had farmers and vinedressers in the hill country and in the fertile fields.2 Chronicles 26:11Uzziah had an army ready for battle that went out to war by assigned divisions, as recorded by Jeiel the scribe and Maaseiah the officer under the direction of Hananiah, one of the royal officers.2 Chronicles 26:12The total number of family leaders of the mighty men of valor was 2,600.2 Chronicles 26:13Under their authority was an army of 307,500 trained for war, a powerful force to support the king against his enemies.2 Chronicles 26:14Uzziah supplied the entire army with shields, spears, helmets, armor, bows, and slingstones.2 Chronicles 26:15And in Jerusalem he made skillfully designed devices to shoot arrows and catapult large stones from the towers and corners. So his fame spread far and wide, for he was helped tremendously until he became powerful.2 Chronicles 27:6So Jotham grew powerful because he ordered his ways before the LORD his God.2 Chronicles 30:9For if you return to the LORD, your brothers and sons will receive mercy in the presence of their captors and will return to this land. For the LORD your God is gracious and merciful; He will not turn His face away from you if you return to Him.”2 Chronicles 31:10and Azariah, the chief priest of the household of Zadok, answered him, “Since the people began to bring their contributions into the house of the LORD, we have had enough to eat, and there is plenty left over, because the LORD has blessed His people; this great abundance is what is left over.”2 Chronicles 32:29He made cities for himself, and he acquired herds of sheep and cattle in abundance, for God gave him very great wealth.Ezra 8:21And there by the Ahava Canal I proclaimed a fast, so that we might humble ourselves before our God and ask Him for a safe journey for us and our children, with all our possessions.Ezra 8:22For I was ashamed to ask the king for an escort of soldiers and horsemen to protect us from our enemies on the road, since we had told him, “The hand of our God is gracious to all who seek Him, but His great anger is against all who forsake Him.”Ezra 8:23So we fasted and petitioned our God about this, and He granted our request.Nehemiah 1:11O Lord, may Your ear be attentive to my prayer and to the prayers of Your servants who delight to revere Your name.
