There is no distinction,Romans 3:23for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God,Romans 3:24and are justified freely by His grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus.Romans 3:25God presented Him as an atoning sacrifice in His blood through faith, in order to demonstrate His righteousness, because in His forbearance He had passed over the sins committed beforehand.Romans 3:26He did this to demonstrate His righteousness at the present time, so as to be just and to justify the one who has faith in Jesus.Romans 3:27Where, then, is boasting? It is excluded. On what principle? On that of works? No, but on that of faith.Romans 3:28For we maintain that a man is justified by faith apart from works of the law.Romans 3:29Is God the God of Jews only? Is He not the God of Gentiles too? Yes, of Gentiles too,Romans 3:30since there is only one God, who will justify the circumcised by faith and the uncircumcised through that same faith.Romans 3:31Do we, then, nullify the law by this faith? Certainly not! Instead, we uphold the law.Romans 11:17Now if some branches have been broken off, and you, a wild olive shoot, have been grafted in among the others to share in the nourishment of the olive root,Romans 11:18do not boast over those branches. If you do, remember this: You do not support the root, but the root supports you.Romans 11:19You will say then, “Branches were broken off so that I could be grafted in.”Romans 11:20That is correct: They were broken off because of unbelief, but you stand by faith.
