My friends, accept my advice, and take Jesus with you when you leave this hall. Remember, He is the gift of God offered to _whosoever_. You belong to that class, don't you? Just take _Him_; that's the first thing you have to do. When you go to cut down a tree, you don't take the axe and commence to hew down the branches. No, you begin right down at the root. So here, you must take Christ, and then you will get power to resist the world, the flesh, and the devil.
