Leviticus 17:6
Ver. 6. And the priest shall sprinkle the blood upon the altar of the Lord,.... The altar of burnt: offering, Le 1:5;
[at] the door of the tabernacle of the congregation; near to which it stood, see Le 1:5;
and burn the fat for a sweet savour to the Lord; the fat that covered the inwards, the kidneys, the flanks and caul of the liver; see Le 3:3.
