How to use the free kit

Plan a gathering of roughly 65–70 minutes each week, with an appointed facilitator. Participants can follow along without registering an account. Read each biblical passage in its full chapter and leave time for questions rather than treating the leader's outline as a test of loyalty. The materials are original Born Again Daily lessons; link to the relevant page or reproduce the leader worksheet with attribution when teaching locally.

These materials are educational starting points, not a church-approved safeguarding policy, clinical-care program, professional license, supervised practicum, ordination or accredited study. Leaders should identify appropriate legal and safeguarding procedures for their own congregation. Do not ask anyone to disclose trauma or private finances in a public class.

WEEK 1 · GROUP FACILITATOR PLAN

Reading Scripture Without Distorting It

Learn to study a passage carefully before turning it into advice or a sermon.

Outcome: Every participant can identify a biblical text's speaker, audience, genre, argument and at least one limit on its application.

WEEK 2 · GROUP FACILITATOR PLAN

Listening When Someone Is Hurting

Support grief and hardship with presence, permission and practical help rather than spiritual slogans.

Outcome: Participants can give a compassionate first response, explain privacy limits and distinguish pastoral support from clinical care.

WEEK 3 · GROUP FACILITATOR PLAN

Keeping Children and Vulnerable People Safe

Learn why safeguarding depends on actual policies, reporting, qualified oversight and appropriate consent.

Outcome: Participants can recognize boundaries that require action and describe a safe reporting pathway without conducting their own investigations.

WEEK 6 · GROUP FACILITATOR PLAN

Preaching, Service and a Responsible Next Step

Bring biblical study, ethical communication and practical care together without inventing credentials.

Outcome: Each participant prepares a source-grounded teaching outline and an accountable community-care proposal, then identifies what still requires qualified supervision.

What this workshop does and doesn't do

The aim is to equip church groups to read Scripture with context, care for people respectfully, recognize when expertise and legal safeguards are required, and communicate honestly. There is no automatic graduation or certificate from attending the sessions. Anyone seeking more formal study can use the free pastoral ministry curriculum, where online self-study remains separate from any future independent recognition and supervised work.
