Ministry access should not require surrendering unnecessary privacy.

Prayer requests are private by default. Talk to Someone is AI-first and ordinary conversations are not placed into a routine human inbox. A person may explicitly request human contact and separately choose whether the conversation may be shared. Serious automated safety flags remain an exceptional pathway, not ordinary monitoring.

Public testimonies use a separately privacy-screened version. Church verification claims are reviewed before a verified badge is granted. Private member-to-member direct messaging is not currently offered because it creates scam, harassment, and abuse risks that BAD is not willing to ignore.

Emergency and professional needs should use real emergency, medical, mental-health, legal, or other professional services rather than treating BAD as a substitute.
