Matthew 4:18Walking by the sea of Galilee, he saw two brothers: Simon, who is called Peter, and Andrew, his brother, casting a net into the sea; for they were fishermen.Matthew 4:19He said to them, “Come after me, and I will make you fishers for men.”Matthew 4:20They immediately left their nets and followed him.Matthew 4:21Going on from there, he saw two other brothers, James the son of Zebedee, and John his brother, in the boat with Zebedee their father, mending their nets. Assuredly, I tell you, it will be more tolerable for Sodom and Gomorrah in the day of judgment than for that city!”Mark 6:51He got into the boat with them; and the wind ceased, and they were very amazed among themselves, and marveled;Mark 6:52for they hadn’t understood about the loaves, but their hearts were hardened.Mark 8:17Jesus, perceiving it, said to them, “Why do you reason that it’s because you have no bread? Don’t you perceive yet, neither understand? Is your heart still hardened?Mark 8:18Having eyes, don’t you see? Having ears, don’t you hear? Don’t you remember?Mark 9:9As they were coming down from the mountain, he commanded them that they should tell no one what things they had seen, until after the Son of Man had risen from the dead.Mark 9:10They kept this saying to themselves, questioning what the “rising from the dead” meant.Mark 9:31For he was teaching his disciples, and said to them, “The Son of Man is being handed over to the hands of men, and they will kill him; and when he is killed, on the third day he will rise again.”Mark 9:32But they didn’t understand the saying, and were afraid to ask him.Mark 10:13They were bringing to him little children, that he should touch them, but the disciples rebuked those who were bringing them.Mark 10:14But when Jesus saw it, he was moved with indignation, and said to them, “Allow the little children to come to me! Don’t forbid them, for the Kingdom of God belongs to such as these.Mark 14:50They all left him, and fled.Mark 16:15He said to them, “Go into all the world, and preach the Good News to the whole creation.Mark 16:17These signs will accompany those who believe: in my name they will cast out demons; they will speak with new languages;
