Genesis 12:1Then the LORD said to Abram, “Leave your country, your kindred, and your father’s household, and go to the land I will show you.Genesis 12:2I will make you into a great nation, and I will bless you; I will make your name great, so that you will be a blessing.Genesis 12:3I will bless those who bless you and curse those who curse you; and all the families of the earth will be blessed through you.”Exodus 3:2There the angel of the LORD appeared to him in a blazing fire from within a bush. So Moses put his hand back inside his cloak, and when he took it out, it was restored, like the rest of his skin.Exodus 4:8And the LORD said, “If they refuse to believe you or heed the witness of the first sign, they may believe that of the second.Exodus 4:9But if they do not believe even these two signs or listen to your voice, take some water from the Nile and pour it on the dry ground. Then the water you take from the Nile will become blood on the ground.”Exodus 4:10“Please, Lord,” Moses replied, “I have never been eloquent, neither in the past nor since You have spoken to Your servant, for I am slow of speech and tongue.”Exodus 4:11And the LORD said to him, “Who gave man his mouth? Am I not sending you?”Judges 6:15“Please, my Lord,” Gideon replied, “how can I save Israel?
