You must not use any iron tool on them.Deuteronomy 27:6You shall build the altar of the LORD your God with uncut stones and offer upon it burnt offerings to the LORD your God.Deuteronomy 27:7There you are to sacrifice your peace offerings, eating them and rejoicing in the presence of the LORD your God.Deuteronomy 27:8And you shall write distinctly upon these stones all the words of this law.”Deuteronomy 27:9Then Moses and the Levitical priests spoke to all Israel: “Be silent, O Israel, and listen! Half of the people stood in front of Mount Gerizim and half of them in front of Mount Ebal, as Moses the servant of the LORD had commanded earlier, to bless the people of Israel.Joshua 8:34Afterward, Joshua read aloud all the words of the law—the blessings and the curses—according to all that is written in the Book of the Law.Judges 5:23‘Curse Meroz,’ says the angel of the LORD. ‘Bitterly curse her inhabitants; for they did not come to help the LORD, to help the LORD against the mighty.’2 Kings 5:27Therefore, the leprosy of Naaman will cling to you and your descendants forever!” And as Gehazi left his presence, he was leprous—as white as snow.
