Acts 8:6The crowds all paid close attention to Philip’s message and to the signs they saw him perform.Acts 8:9Prior to that time, a man named Simon had practiced sorcery in the city and astounded the people of Samaria. On his arrival, they took him to the upper room. All the widows stood around him, weeping and showing him the tunics and other clothing that Dorcas had made while she was still with them.Acts 9:40Then Peter sent them all out of the room. He knelt down and prayed, and turning toward her body, he said, “Tabitha, get up!” She opened her eyes, and seeing Peter, she sat up.Acts 9:41Peter took her by the hand and helped her up. He thought he was only seeing a vision.Acts 12:10They passed the first and second guards and came to the iron gate leading to the city, which opened for them by itself. When they had gone outside and walked the length of one block, the angel suddenly left him.Acts 12:11Then Peter came to himself and said, “Now I know for sure that the Lord has sent His angel and rescued me from Herod’s grasp and from everything the Jewish people were anticipating.”Acts 13:8But Elymas the sorcerer (for that is what his name means) opposed them and tried to turn the proconsul from the faith.Acts 13:9Then Saul, who was also called Paul, filled with the Holy Spirit, looked directly at ElymasActs 13:10and said, “O child of the devil and enemy of all righteousness, you are full of all kinds of deceit and trickery! The attack was so violent that they ran out of the house naked and wounded.Acts 19:17This became known to all the Jews and Greeks living in Ephesus, and fear came over all of them. So the name of the Lord Jesus was held in high honor.Acts 19:18Many who had believed now came forward, confessing and disclosing their deeds.Acts 20:9And a certain young man named Eutychus, seated in the window, was sinking into a deep sleep as Paul talked on and on. When he was sound asleep, he fell from the third story and was picked up dead.Acts 20:10But Paul went down, threw himself on the young man, and embraced him. “Do not be alarmed!” he said. “He is still alive!”Acts 20:11Then Paul went back upstairs, broke bread, and ate. And after speaking until daybreak, he departed.Acts 20:12And the people were greatly relieved to take the boy home alive.Acts 28:5But Paul shook the creature off into the fire and suffered no ill effects.Acts 28:8The father of Publius was sick in bed, suffering from fever and dysentery. Paul went in to see him, and after praying and placing his hands on him, he healed the man.
