John 11:25Jesus said to her, “I am the resurrection and the life. Whoever believes in Me will live, even though he dies.John 11:26And everyone who lives and believes in Me will never die. Do you believe this?”John 11:27“Yes, Lord,” she answered, “I believe that You are the Christ, the Son of God, who was to come into the world.”John 11:28After Martha had said this, she went back and called her sister Mary aside to tell her, “The Teacher is here and is asking for you.”John 11:29And when Mary heard this, she got up quickly and went to Him.John 11:30Now Jesus had not yet entered the village, but was still at the place where Martha had met Him.John 11:31When the Jews who were in the house consoling Mary saw how quickly she got up and went out, they followed her, supposing she was going to the tomb to mourn there.John 11:32When Mary came to Jesus and saw Him, she fell at His feet and said, “Lord, if You had been here, my brother would not have died.”John 11:33When Jesus saw her weeping, and the Jews who had come with her also weeping, He was deeply moved in spirit and troubled.John 11:34“Where have you put him?” He asked. “Come and see, Lord,” they answered.John 11:35Jesus wept.John 11:36Then the Jews said, “See how He loved him!”John 11:37But some of them asked, “Could not this man who opened the eyes of the blind also have kept Lazarus from dying?”John 11:38Jesus, once again deeply moved, came to the tomb. Then he went with them into the temple courts, walking and leaping and praising God.Acts 3:9When all the people saw him walking and praising God,Acts 3:10they recognized him as the man who used to sit begging at the Beautiful Gate of the temple, and they were filled with wonder and amazement at what had happened to him.Acts 3:11While the man clung to Peter and John, all the people were astonished and ran to them in the walkway called Solomon’s Colonnade.Acts 3:12And when Peter saw this, he addressed the people: “Men of Israel, why are you surprised by this? Why do you stare at us as if by our own power or godliness we had made this man walk?Acts 3:13The God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, the God of our fathers, has glorified His servant Jesus. You handed Him over and rejected Him before Pilate, even though he had decided to release Him.Acts 3:16By faith in the name of Jesus, this man whom you see and know has been made strong. It is Jesus’ name and the faith that comes through Him that has given him this complete healing in your presence.Acts 4:10then let this be known to all of you and to all the people of Israel: It is by the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, whom you crucified but whom God raised from the dead, that this man stands before you healed.Acts 4:21After further threats they let them go. When the high priest and his associates arrived, they convened the Sanhedrin—the full assembly of the elders of Israel—and sent to the jail for the apostles.Acts 5:22But on arriving at the jail, the officers did not find them there. So they returned with the report:Acts 5:23“We found the jail securely locked, with the guards posted at the doors; but when we opened them, we found no one inside.”Acts 6:8Now Stephen, who was full of grace and power, was performing great wonders and signs among the people.
