Acts 7:58They threw him out of the city, and stoned him. The witnesses placed their garments at the feet of a young man named Saul.Acts 8:1Saul was consenting to his death. He arose and was baptized.Acts 9:19He took food and was strengthened. They watched the gates both day and night that they might kill him,Acts 9:25but his disciples took him by night, and let him down through the wall, lowering him in a basket.Acts 9:26When Saul had come to Jerusalem, he tried to join himself to the disciples; but they were all afraid of him, not believing that he was a disciple.Acts 9:27But Barnabas took him, and brought him to the apostles, and declared to them how he had seen the Lord in the way, and that he had spoken to him, and how at Damascus he had preached boldly in the name of Jesus.Acts 9:28He was with them entering into Jerusalem,Acts 9:29preaching boldly in the name of the Lord Jesus. He went around seeking someone to lead him by the hand.Acts 13:12Then the proconsul, when he saw what was done, believed, being astonished at the teaching of the Lord.Acts 13:13Now Paul and his company set sail from Paphos, and came to Perga in Pamphylia. John departed from them and returned to Jerusalem.Acts 13:14But they, passing on from Perga, came to Antioch of Pisidia. They went into the synagogue on the Sabbath day, and sat down.Acts 13:15After the reading of the law and the prophets, the rulers of the synagogue sent to them, saying, “Brothers, if you have any word of exhortation for the people, speak.”Acts 13:16Paul stood up, and beckoning with his hand said, “Men of Israel, and you who fear God, listen.Acts 13:17The God of this people chose our fathers, and exalted the people when they stayed as aliens in the land of Egypt, and with an uplifted arm, he led them out of it.Acts 13:18For a period of about forty years he put up with them in the wilderness.Acts 13:19When he had destroyed seven nations in the land of Canaan, he gave them their land for an inheritance, for about four hundred fifty years.Acts 13:20After these things he gave them judges until Samuel the prophet.Acts 13:21Afterward they asked for a king, and God gave to them Saul the son of Kish, a man of the tribe of Benjamin, for forty years.
