The PRAYER, the DOXOLOGY, and the calm CONCLUSION are suitable to this paragraph, and to the whole epistle, 20-25.
The addresses to those to whom he writes — for example, Brethren — are not inconsiderately used, but indicate either a new division of the epistle, or an outburst of affection.
