Source recordABOUT THE ARCHIVE
Born Again Daily has assembled a locally searchable archive of Charles H. Spurgeon's historical writings from public-domain editions and established digital repositories.
The archive includes the 63-volume pulpit sermon corpus, daily devotionals, books, lectures, catechism, autobiography, practical writings, and all 150 Psalms of The Treasury of David. Original source and rights notes are retained with each item.
Modern introductions, modernized rewrites, contemporary annotations, new translations, site articles, and other newer editorial material are not treated as public domain merely because they discuss Spurgeon. The goal is to preserve Spurgeon's historical material, not copy somebody else's modern edition.
Spurgeon's printed sermon catalog contains quirks such as shared sermon numbers and letter-suffixed numbers. We preserve the historical source numbering rather than manufacturing duplicate texts just to make a numeric sequence look perfect.
